Michael Papandrea is a seasoned chef and restaurateur whose career began at 13 in Long Island kitchens. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he went on to work at New York’s esteemed La Caravelle and later taught as a chef instructor. Michael owned Michael’s Restaurant in the Hamptons and Michael’s 1870 Wedding Mansion, known for exceptional events and dining. An award-winning graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and active in Frankfort’s Kiwanis Club, Michael now pursues a new venture as the owner of The New Lawn Guy.
